This would be a much less drastic ending compared to the NUSA's collapse, but it would still have consequences. To describe things between corpos and average NC residents as tense would be an understatement, and so many (including players) might be excited at the prospect of taking down a monolith like Arasaka or Militech. If the NUSA crumbles and fails, this means that it'll be every state for its own, and there will be a massive shift in power in the Cyberpunk universe.Ĭonversely, V's actions could put an end to a different sort of power within Night City corporations. The New United States of America, after all, is the last hope for a unified American nation in this universe, where war, class inequality, and other international events have sent the country into a downward spiral.
